·       All wholesale customers need to be approved by Al-Ikhlas before wholesale account is activated.  Once approved, you will the wholesale prices on every items and your shopping cart will reflect the wholesale price, the price you will pay.

·      Flate rate shipping for all wholesale order, regardless the weight.

Customer testimonial » If you are a new wholesale customer, Al-Ikhlas allows you to purchase sample items before purchasing in bulk. We will give you a 20% discount for the total price of the samples (one time only). For samples we limit the order to 3 to 4 garments to check our fabric, quality of product, and models, again, this discount is only for business purposes (not for individuals), Allah is the witness for this matter. We do most of our own producing and manufacturing and we do our own importing. We are confident we offer you the best value for your inventory needs. Our wholesale merchandise normally ships out quickly within 2-3 days of payment and you receive within 5-7 business days, if in stock. All sales are final with the provision of damaged goods. All merchandise is inspected before it leaves our door.

• Size and colors are described on the website. There may be some variations in the colors due to the individual settings of your computer monitors. We cannot guarantee specific colors in specific sizes. Please check the measurement before purchasing the products.
• We do not offer wholesale price for "bargain bin" items or discount items. You are more than welcome to purchase bargain bin items and this is already at wholesale price or below.
• Some products are not available for wholesale price, such as accessories like jewelry
• We do our best to inspect each product before we send to customers. If there are any flaws in our garments please send it back to us (call for return shipping address) we will exchange the product.
• Buyer has 15 days after receiving garments to return defective garments. If you have an issue with a purchase after receiving your item(s) you must notify us within 15 days either by telephone or email. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days.
  Please return the defective items in original plastic bags with tags still intact.
• We do not accept returns because item(s) did not sell. If you are not satisfied with one of our products please let us know we will do our best to work out a mutually agreeable solution.
• There will be a restocking fee charged on orders that are returned to us, cancelled or rejected. That fee is 15% of of the total price of all items returned.
• All sales are final with exceptions as stated above.

• Credit Card: Our new site uses the highly respected and secure Authorize.net as our credit card processing solution and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the privacy and security of your information. You can pay directly through our site using any Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. 

• PayPal: Our site also integrates directly with PayPal. You can complete your shopping using our shopping cart and choose the PayPal option upon checkout. You can then log in to your PayPal account and make the payment. It is incredibly simple if you are a current PayPal user. 

• Order by Phone: For people that don't want to enter credit card information online we offer an order by phone option. To place an order by phone, you can call our toll free number at 1-877-800-7191.
  If you have any question about the products before ordering, please email us. Please do not enter your credit card information on the mail box, you only enter your product number in the mail box. Please be ready with your product ID number when you call, so you will only have to provide your credit card information by phone. It will save your time and our time, due to the fact that we do not have abundant staff to talk on the phone.  We recommend our customers place the order through our website. We do not accept exchange/return with option order by phone option. With "order by phone", you can not track your order online and receive our RMA number for your exchange/return purpose.

• At this time we do not accept order payment with money order or check.

  Shipping

• USA Buyers
  We offer shipping through United State Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FEDEX). We generally ship the product within 24 hours.
  We (Al-Ikhlas) no longer offers free shipping in USA customers. It will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
  We do not offer free insurance. It will be an option for the customer to insure their purchase for an extra cost.
  We only have Free Shipping for wholesale customers only.
  We only use FEDEX for big shipments or wholesale orders and it will take 7-10 business days.
  We provide tracking number for all shipments.
  
• International Buyers
  We currently offer international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico, Switzerland.
  All International Shipments will be shipped via United State Postal Service (USPS). International customers are responsible for all customs duty.
  We do not ship International wholesale orders at this time. We are sorry for this.
  The USPS estimates delivery time on most international airmail shipments to be 4-12 business days, but the customs process of each country is different and can delay delivery by up to 14 or more additional business days.
  We do not have free shipping to International buyer.
  We do have free insurance for our International buyer.

• All sales are final, no returns, with some exceptions.
   
• If you have an issue with a purchase after receiving your item(s) you must notify us within 7 days either by telephone or email.
   
• We will not accept returns or exchanges if 7 days have past since you received your item.
   
• We allow exchanges if we made mistake by sending wrong measurement or sending wrong items and we will refund your shipping cost to us.
   
• We will exchange defective garments without questions.
   
• Please check the exact measurement of each garment that we provide on the site, if the measurement that we sent is not the same with the one you ordered we will exchange it. PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENT ON THE CHART FOR CORRECT SIZING FOR EACH PRODUCT.
   
• Due to the individual settings of your monitors, sometimes the color of garment received is slightly different than color seen on our website, we do not accept exchange/return for this reason, as we have limited staff to process refunds, exchanges, etc.
   
• To exchange products are returned to us will not be returned unless shipping cost is paid by customers. You can send the postage to returned the product back to you.
   
• For returned products, we will refund the total payment minus shipping cost from Al-Ikhlas.
   
• Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment, so canceling an order may be difficult. If you wish to cancel an order, notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is shipped. And the payment will be fully refunded. If it has already been shipped, your order will be subject to our return policy and you need to get your RMA number under your account page.
