Exchange and Returns

All sales are final, no returns, with some exceptions.

If you have an issue with a purchase after receiving your item(s) you must notify us within 7 days either by telephone or email.

We will not accept returns or exchanges if 7 days have past since you received your item.

We allow exchanges if we made mistake by sending wrong measurement or sending wrong items and we will refund your shipping cost to us.

We will exchange defective garments without questions.

Please check the exact measurement of each garment that we provide on the site, if the measurement that we sent is not the same with the one you ordered we will exchange it. PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENT ON THE CHART FOR CORRECT SIZING FOR EACH PRODUCT.

Due to the individual settings of your monitors, sometimes the color of garment received is slightly different than color seen on our website, we do not accept exchange/return for this reason, as we have limited staff to process refunds, exchanges, etc.

To exchange products, we will charge the customer for the shipping cost to send the products back.

For returned products, we will refund the total payment minus shipping cost from Al-Ikhlas.
